I was so excited when I got an invite to attend one of Central Markets cooking classes. I love to cook from time to time but will admit hate the cleaning part, lol.
I attended the Southern Alfresco class which included a 3 course meal and 2 different wines. It was a small class which made it easier to be part of the entire cooking process.
The meal included a grilled corn and tomato salad with basil oil, grilled okra with a special dipping sauce, grilled Berkshire pork chops with peaches thyme & honey and for desert bourbon and banana cream pudding parfaits. Trust me when I say it was delish!
I loved the fact that this is something you can do for a date night, mother/father quality time or simply a girls night out. The staff at Central Market were all knowledgeable and professional which made the class a lot more interesting since they shared different tips when it comes to finding the right flavors in food.
Shout out to Chef Luis whom lead the entire cooking class and to my friend Ari for joining in on the fun! Thank you two for having me at Central Market.
