Gifts for Mamá

We are just a couple of days away from celebrating the most important women in our lives, our mothers.

A couple of weeks ago I hurt my ankle so bad I was using crutches to walk. There were certain things that I couldn’t do and since I live with my mom she was the one I depened on. It was at that moment when I felt I had lost my independence (some kind of way) that I realized that no one would ever take care of me the way my mom does. Making sure I iced my foot, take my pain meds, not walk to much and so on.

Just this weekend the roles turned, my mom has (she’s currently getting better) food posiening and I was now the one having to take care of her and do house chores on top of my personal duties. Seriously, how do you moms do it. So this Mother’s Day weekend my brother and I will be spoiling our mamà to the max.
