There is nothing like spending the holiday season in a city like Chicago. First off, the weather reminds you that indeed its winter and secondly the streets are lit with lights and holiday spirit. Although this is obviously a late post, I could not forget to write about this amazing city.
I spent Thanksgiving break in the windy city and despite of the burning cold. My family and I managed to get in some site seeing. We even got to see The Grinch Musical which to me was one of the highlights of the trip.
Chicago has became a special place for me. Maybe it is because I have all kinds of family ties to this city or it may be because its been my refugee when I just needed to get away. Regardless of the reasons I have gotten to explore this city pretty well.
Below you will find pictures I captured during my stay.
